Shipping policy

UK customers can enjoy free shipping on all orders from The World in Stitches. All kits are kept in stock ready for quick dispatch. Your orders will be sent Royal Mail First Class which takes between 1 and 5 days to arrive. There is the option to add Next Weekday delivery and Next Saturday delivery to your orders. These are trackable and Royal Mail aim to fulfil these deliveries by 4PM.

A signature may be required upon delivery if the recipient's name is different to the buyer or if the value of the order is high. I'll always let you know the delivery method when I confirm your order has been shipped.

All international orders are sent Priority Tracked, which is usually about 5 days for Europe and 9 days for the rest of the world. You will be able to track your order at every stage of its journey with the details I provide you when I confirm your order shipped. Your items will be delivered by your country's main postal service e.g. USPS in The United States. Simply put your provided tracking number into Google for live updates. If you spend over 40GBP your shipping will be free!

There's always a small chance your order could be delayed for customs checks etc. If your order gets significantly delayed, I'll refund your shipping costs. The buyer is always responsible for any import taxes applied to your order before it gets to you.

If you have purchased digital files of charts you have access to them right away - download using the link either on the order status page or in your order confirmation email. These charts will not be sent to you via post - your address is not disclosed to me.

All of my cross stitch charts are in colour and are the same charts as supplied in my kits. Due to the nature of digital listings here only one file can be supplied per transaction so if you should require a black and white version of your chart please get in touch with a return email address so that I can email it to you. I'm always here to help should you have any questions regarding your PDF patterns.
